I didn't start with an advantage. I grew up in an underserved community, and for a long time it didn't feel like I was meant for more.

In 2020, I resumed at FUTA as a quiet, shy, and uncertain young girl. I had no roadmap, no network, and no idea how much my life was about to change. Then I made a decision that changed the trajectory of my life.
